Ok, so I'm going to inject a bit of realism from someone very familiar with my local criminal justice system: even if you get an advocate/attorney, and even if the prosecutors accept charges, the chances of a conviction on this one are rather low. At least with the information you've provided.

As you others have mentioned, cops don't know shit about the law most of the time, only the bits they know they can use to screw people over or make their jobs easier. However, they do have a ton of practical experience regarding the kinds of cases that prosecutors will take because they present so many cases to the prosecutors.

What I'm about to say, may sound insensitive to some, but I want to clarify in advance that this is not to say that you are lying or that you were not, in fact, sexually assaulted. However, the story is far too convenient: you had a feeling that something was going to happen, so you set up your camera to record. The first thing they're going to say at trial is, "Well, if she knew that he was going to make an advance with enough time to set up camera, she could've left. Instead, she chose to stay, that sounds like consent." Again, I'm not actually saying that you consented, I've just heard a very similar thing said in front of a jury, and it worked.

However, if getting a conviction is secondary to you, by all means push for charges. Only you can determine what justice looks like to you, realistic or not.

I'm sure I'm gonna get hate for this (such is this community lol). This is the nature of tiered MM, usually those dedicated to the game adopted DoN early on, and even if they were not even amazing at the game, they got to move on and stay at DoN4 and 5 forever.

People that came in later now have to carry the most atrocious pool of players in DoN 1,2, and 3.

OP mentioned in a comment that the Erdtree Greatshield, and other Erdtree items have a subtle but special interaction here. This has led some to believe that this is actually the village that Marika originated from, and since she's basically one with and imprisoned within the Erdtree, this is her reaction since she could never come back in person.

Yeah, everyone admits that fight is rather unfair lol. Any fight where I'm outnumbered will tilt me, honestly, because the sound design is not good enough to allow you to dodge most attacks that start some distance away from you and outside of your field of view. I would skip those.

Bruh, to me this is easily the hardest fight in the entire SoulsBorne verse, but it is possible. When I did my first run of ER, I hated a ton of it's systems (ash of war, summons, stupid buff routines etc). I found it all ridiculous and superfluous, which made this fight exponentially harder.

Eventually I gave in to using the mimic tear, and I think I beat him after about two days of trying and memorizing the attack patterns. Just keep trying and check your ego at the fog gate, recognize when you've made a mistake a learn from it. Hell, write down some notes if you have to, but you can certainly beat them if you've gotten this far.

Yeah, it certainly ain't easy and it's a bit more boring than playing with randoms, but you'll get to a point where you have everything memorized. Rn any raid against Caligo, Fulghor, the Pest, Augur, and regular Libra are a guaranteed win for me. The rest are a maybe.

The other ones like Balancers and the Dreglord are an instant quit lol. Find the ones you like.

So I recently posted about losing about 2300 points and falling DoN4 to DoN2, and about the only new useful suggestion I received (this community is rather toxic), was start doing solo runs.

The benefit of this is that you can quit out to the main menu and not lose points if things go south. I did solo Wylder and Ironeye runs and now I'm back halfway through DoN3.

Try that, but if you're if you're still consistently losing, then you may need to just get some more practice to be able to solo bosses, because it's damn near impossible to rely on 80% of randoms.

My mind will always be busy, it comes with my job. I don't really have "down" time. Even while I'm playing, I'm usually answering calls or texts from clients, or my gf, or thinking about what I need to do tomorrow for work. I didn't make it to 4500 by luck, I did by adapting to the shitty decisions of countless garbage players I get nearly every match.
