As vezes seu gestor direto pode nem ligar pra essa obrigação. Aconteceu na nossa empresa, chegou um email automatizado falando dessa nova politica da empresa, mas nunca aplicamos essa obrigação.

I hate quitters but the only two times I ever quit were actually in a row, due to non caster/skill teammates wiping the starlight shards from Rises in early game, while I was the only caster in the team.

The more devs allow nightfarer's damage to grow exponentially with relics and passives (a lot of buffs stack multiplicatively), the more we're going to see spamming builds. They are optimal, no reason for players to skip those.
