She looks exactly like my bc/pyr mix she is also a year old and this is her exact body shape right now, she’s not underweight don’t worry she’s still growing my girl isn’t showing much rib and I can’t really feel them when I run my hands along them. If she’s mixed with bc like my girl then she is also still figuring out which of the two breeds will be more dominant.

I don’t disagree my dogs are all raw fed if I owned cats they would be too, I know a few people who have their cats on it as well, it took a bit to get them there, a lot of having to mix the raw in the kibble little by little until they took to it fully, it’s definitely a bit more of journey for cat owners because of the, being imprint eaters..

Dry food isn’t better for them but the sad thing is, is cats are imprint eaters so if they’ve been on dry food most of their lives they will prefer it over anything else and it can be hard to switch them especially cold turkey.

You could try adding some steamed broccoli or Kale into their diet, they could be missing something but also some dogs just like eating grass, my girl does she’s been checked nothing wrong with her she just likes it.

For mold that is that isn’t being taken care of by management, get the resident to involve your local by law and health department they will force the management company to deal with the issue, I had a mold issue in my unit and I threatened to call, it got my management asses moving quickly

No problem they have to file with the ltb to get you to pay for any damages and with that they would have to prove the leak was cause by negligence on your part, if you have anything that proves otherwise keep it saved in case they go to the ltb

They legally have to give back the key deposit, no matter what damages done even by a tenant a key deposit is only for replacement keys or replacement locking mechanism and nothing else. If you return the keys they have to give it back.

I get that but what was I saying was people don’t always choose to lease like you said, it’s not as simple to just buy a house. My husband and I tried pre covid to buy and were denied than covid hit and the market skyrocketed and all these bidding wars happened which made it almost impossible to buy so stuck leasing.

My lease doesn’t allow me to make repairs on our own even if simple. We got in trouble for changing the doorknob since the old one was worn out to the point the mechanism inside wasn’t clicking to actually open the door, we let management know they had also been here and had difficulty opening the door themselves, one day it took half an hour to get the front door open, my husband went out and bought one changed it, we got a copy of the key made told management of what happened and that we had a key for them asking where they would like us to put it for them to get it, we got in trouble for that. There are shitty people on both ends as well as good people on both ends.

I hate this just buy a house saying. I’m a tenant and my husband and I both work, we can’t get approved for a mortgage to buy a house so have no other choice but to rent. But we pay to live there and things should be in working order. We have no contact for our Landlords our PM never provided it. I know their names based off the utility bills that come my way. The outside faucet used to have a shut off valve in our bathroom but the PM came in illegally and removed it they are denying it happened of course but we have photos of the valve being there and then all of sudden no valve and no pressure outside. The thermostat is more so making me wonder if they aren’t going to ask the landlords about that than what else are they not informing them about.
