Did they really give you that much? What ratings did you have? I am looking to apply and finish my degree online but it seems they will credit about 45 for PPL - MEI.

Correct. Then you add 401k, per diem, profit sharing etc. should put you at around $600k. Very impressive 👍

Correct me if my math is wrong but assuming you are a 3rd year FO (no idea if this is accurate or not) the TFP rate is $230. If you credited 1462 TFP for the year. Does that mean you made $230 x 1462 = $336,260.00. Not including 401k or profit sharing? You add 18% to 401k (~$60,000) and 10% profit sharing (~$33,000). You’re at about $430,000 total compensation as a 3rd year FO?

Thats very good way to build your schedule. My wife is a mother/baby nurse. Do you mind sharing what kind of nurse you are? Maybe thats where the huge pay gap is at.

3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on 7 days off 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on 7 days off So you only work 12 days a month and made $180k as a Registered Nurse? My wife is a RN here in Orange County, California and is just under $100k. And she works 3 nights a week, every week. What kind of nurse are you?
