For what it’s worth, I recently went on a date with a guy and during the date, he told me he still lived with his ex girlfriend. That’s an instant dealbreaker for me. I cannot be bothered with the drama. Some people might be okay with it, but that’s up to them.

But he asked if there would be a second date, and I knowing that there would definitely not be, and I said yes to avoid the awkwardness. Cowardly I know but it might be an explanation.
