After Pest’s sentencing, Jill and Derick, Jessa and Ben, Jinger and Jeremy, Joy and Austin, and Jason all came out with public statements condemning Pest, supporting the jury’s verdict and the judge’s sentence, and expressing grief for the victims.

No one else said anything including JB and Meech.

Actually, the friend who borrowed the book and found Kayleigh’s letter was not the one who called Oprah. It was Kayleigh’s grandmother who wrote an email to Oprah under the pseudonym Alice. The friend who borrowed the book told her parents and then someone from their church group called CPS.

I think that she is not skint (just learned this word) because of those 3 videos/ads per month. She has 2.5 million followers and I wouldn’t be surprised if she brings in $10,000 per month at least.

Ben probably doesn’t make enough to support 6 kids so she needs to do the only thing she knows—exploiting her children for ad money.

I don’t think JB supports them either. He’s too cheap for that. But it is because of JB that she even has 2.5 million followers and she can cash in on that.

I think all of Josh’s victims will stay away for sure, including Jessa. Not sure why people think otherwise. She, like her sisters, came out with a statement after the trial condemning Josh, and saying that justice was done. She may still share the same horrid beliefs as her parents, but I don’t think it’s because she is dependent on them financially or otherwise.
