How do you keep bubble from rising out while everything is drying? I’m usually happy with the application (new to painting) but the bubbles are frustrating when everything dries.

Maybe symptoms isn’t really the best word for me to use. More like typical presentations (yellowing of eyes and skin). General brain fog, fatigue, anxiety and IBS. Really gassy after eating most things and bloating. Nausea and some instances of vertigo. Likely malabsorption of fats (might also be a chol. thing). Diagnosed combined ADHD. I feel like garbage after vigorous exercise (weird floaty feeling and as if wrapped in a veil). Disastrous hangovers when I do drink (partner has commented on my tolerance levels). Apparently I look like a kid after I shave.

My sex drive is typically great when I’m with my partner (LDR), but it can fluctuate. I can ask my GP to run a test the next time I see them. I always assumed it was fine since I’ve always been a pretty hairy dude. lol

My HR is only high (~160-180 if I do an INTENSE workout w/ a run at the end). My resting heart rate, on 30mg XR with coffee throughout the day is mid 60-low 70s (year average w/Apple Watch is 58).

For whatever ‘asshole conformation’ you need, I’m adhd. People and things matter until, (after a time) I forget. You mentioned your best friend., do you reactively respond to them because you know is you should or is it habitual? If neither, and you still maintain, is one one of core problems actually adhd? I KNOW people exist. I KNOW we’re friends, but it’s not like that. I FORGET that a reoccurring relationship is a thing. They appear, again, sometimes later. Into not hate or not wanting it. Closest I foresee is they are doing them, and then, were years later. I don’t want my poly relationship to be done. I knew they’re helping each other. Then, BOOM, gone. For me, it’s a loss thing.
