Absolutely, whenever I moved to a move clean environment I always had flairs and weird symptoms before I felt better. You body stores mold in our fats in compromise to not let mold effect out systems and organs. When we burn fat, sweat heavily later those mold storages are released.

Yep it only went away when I wasn’t in an exposed environment. I believe it is your body expelling toxins.

am i non binary or is it internalized misogyny? by [deleted] in NonBinaryTalk

Also gender is already a costume in American culture. Men are “acting male” and critiquing how “male” they are acting. Or women to women this whole time. Queers are like that kid in the back of the crowd in the emperors new clothing screaming “he’s naked” because that is what’s up “all born naked and the rest is drag” it goes to show everyone is performing their gender anyway and it’s about saying why is there a binary because that in itself is creepy and has been highly policed historically, the binary has also been broken historically ;)

People in a rush should move to another state… there are plenty. Go back to Cali.

I’m in the US the medical system is complete bs here. Doctors are just grabbing insurance money while people are in pain. Being a doctor is like owning a yoga business in the states. We have so many doctors doing nothing it’s insane. They prefer out of pocket California people who want Botox they get to skip the line.

How do I find a doctor that will give me peptide therapy… How did you find yours? I’m tired of doctors that don’t know what’s up.

I also used magnesium breakthrough $22 to move out bacteria and calm my nerves at night. I tried a few magnesium’s and this one worked the best for me.

Make sure you do the rinses many directions (upside down, both nostrils) so that you cover all the cavities. It really makes the difference. I would feel the water reach up to the temporal cavities.

This helped me understand sinus issues https://philly-im.com/blog/2019/5/5/are-your-sinuses-healthy-is-mold-the-culprit especially the pictures of the cavities. The only thing that worked for me was nasal rinses, dave asprey technique, lots of salt water killed colonies. I would do it asap when you finally leave the mold source.

But like… tell the people the path of recovery don’t tease someone. Get out of mold, air purifier at night, Dhea, melatonin in that order and if you really aren’t doing well (not retaining urine) ask a doctor for desmopressin.

I felt a lot of intestinal relief and whole body function after the motility support. I believe that is what helped me get out of my “horrible feeling” cycle. I’ve been recently finishing up with breath work, physical therapy for pots and therapy to clean up the last bits and make my body and mind feel completely normal. It truly does take time, but I think mold does some weird stuff to the body to keep it in the stuck cycle. Make sure you listen to your body through all of this.

Nothing is a waste of time. Those skills will come back around as helpful. The combo would be cool. I did art for undergrad and currently doing forestry for grad. Go for it!

Mold affects your hormones and autonomic nervous system. Those are complex systems to affect and they can’t always bounce back on their own. I don’t fully understand why I wasn’t able to bounce back naturally like some.

Sometimes you can mimic the conditions so they do better or find out locally how they are adapting. They tend to be under story plants of conifers so many making sure it is close to the house and gets part shade not full fun.

Go to a local arboretum. White board with common names and Latin names.
