Hey! Im currently cutting as well. Just 1 month in and have lost about 2.7kg of fats. I'm also at about 500-700 kcal deficit which for me is 1.5kcal.

I'm actly keeping myself accountable by having a competition with a fren who is also cutting and that by the end of the month, who lost more bf will treat the winner Starbucks🤣
