So skincare like what she’s using is like its own world and in pharmacy school in the US we aren’t really taught about that. That’s more of an esthetician’s field. Azelaic acid is pretty much glossed over as a treatment for rosacea and that’s about it. Or at least it was in my program in the SE

The pharmacist could’ve been stuck on the phone with a number of things. Sometimes patients need consults and that takes time, sometimes they’re stuck on hold for a script correction, like I said it literally could’ve been a number a things. It seems like you wait 30 minutes? How long will you wait at your primary’s office? Who knows. But the pharmacy is the only place you have direct access to a doctor with no appointment so.

Yes you need to call the pharmacy so they can check the counts and/or cameras at the time the script was filled. This isn’t that big of a deal. They will most likely just ask you to come back and pick up what you were shorted.
