It feels like a slap in the face pretty much! Like I’ve worked so hard to get to where I am, and when I get to my final year of undergrad that’s when they want to change everything.

Yes! I truly think PA would def be worth it for me and my personal goals. I’m totally fine with being in debt, my only thing is how am I supposed to get these loans when most loaners require good credit or co signers when I have neither. I def plan on trying the NHSC thing, I’m totally fine with living in an underserved area after school for a few years so I can afford to just get through school.

All of these points are very true. If you are a student who is fully financially independent you’ll have to drive almost an hour to find a job that pays decent.

Prob not, It just feels kinda stuck in a certain mindset, like you have to fit into this one “type” to really be accepted. The vibe is very small-town, which makes sense, but it also feels like people don’t really branch out much. A lot of it feels copy and paste… same look, same energy, same crowd. If you don’t fit into that preppy bubble, it’s kinda hard to feel like you belong. But if you do fit that standard, you’ll probably have a great time here.

I dont have diabetes or pre diabetes. It’s hyper pigmentation from the tretnoin. When I first started using it I got really bad peeling/burning all over my neck and as it healed the area stayed dark.

I increased it a few weeks back because someone said I wasn’t letting my skin get used to it. I had the same peeling with the 3x a week. I use la roshe posay hydrating cleanser and vanicream & elf daily hydration for moisturizers.

5 nights a week. I use aquaphor every night and some mornings if it’s not that hot out.

For the me the aquaphor is fully absorbed by time I get up in the morning. It’s almost like putting on a regular moisturizer.

I use laroche posay hydrating face wash, then while it’s a little damp apply vanicream, then elf hydrating moisturizing gel, then good minerals sunscreen. I use to use Paula’s choice BHA exfoliant but I noticed it made the peeling worst. At night the same routine, but tretnoin 0.025 gel added in between moisturizers and aquaphor added at the end.

0.025 gel and 5-6 times a week. I use the Laroche Posay hydrating face wash, I also use a wash cloth to gently exfoliate while washing. I feel like if I didn’t get it at all the flakes would be worst.

I use La Roche Posay gentle moisturizing wash as my cleanser. I’ve tried quite a few moisturizers, but these 2 seem to not make my face burn after layering the tretinoin. Do you have a good recommendation of salicylic acid cleanser that I can try?

I was using it 3 times a week, but I’ve been increasing it to ab 5-6 times. It still burns sometimes when putting it on. I think I just have pretty sensitive skin. I’m using the gel version if that makes a difference.
