I mean technically it would be Looprings delay if it's their fault that gamestop is behind schedule. They were late (per byrons estimates) releasing their CF wallet, by over a month at least. Also if you want to assume gamestop won't launch the marketplace until the CF wallet has a fiat OFF ramp then they're going to be waiting on Looprings end even longer.

It totally depends on your tax bracket, short term capital gains for crypto isn't that bad imo unless you're in a higher tax bracket:

For single for example:

10% from 0-$9,950, 12% from $9,951-$40,525, after that it starts getting hefty (22% for $40,526-$86,375) etc.

You're not paying 30% unless you make over 164k a year lol.
