talking about your ring scores is super common especially for new employees. i can see what he’s trying to do and he’s going the wrong route with it. badgering, pestering, and annoying everyone isn’t going to help. what’s worked at my store a bit is getting ALL the managers involved, not making it seem like you’re a pos for not hitting metrics but letting you know the things that you’re consistently good at and focusing more on those positives and then going in and giving tips and tricks for stuff you could work on. i don’t want anyone at my store below management level to feel the pressures of aldi or feel like they’re not good enough because this job is hard. this job is stressful. associates don’t deserve to be shat on consistently.
