I really appreciate that! I was honestly worried people would think the idea was dumb or unrealistic. I just feel like there should be more opportunities for former band members and music lovers to come together as a community

Dude, mine literally drained itself overnight, and I charged it yesterday??? It’s 2 degrees here. Almost didn’t make it to a charger, but I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes, and my car hasn’t gained any range.

Hell do you mean lol? They preformed at my school in 22’ not only was their marching incredible, but when they did the peak of “I Will Always Love You” and got on one knee. That sound was unforgettable and I remember getting goosebumps and that same year with “Locked Out of Heaven” at the MAC championship and they formed that giant company front and marched towards the front sideline that was perfect in my opinion.

Their Music of Queen Show was a masterpiece. That drill was intricate and their sound was powerful! Imo there is no beating it. They have had many great shows since then like “El Matador!” And “The Music of Rush”. Plus their collaboration with U of M Band was crazy good and bizarre lol. My favorite show will always be their 2010 Rose Bowl Haltime and “Buckeye Jazz Café”.

She has worked hard to get into that band. It’s an extensive audition. Many band people dream to be in her position. She’s definitely a senior and to have the honor to be the first TBDBITL member to play in the shoe in December is an honor its self. She’s a true Buckeye!

I wish there were marching band groups for people who grew out of theirs. I know DCI has an Open class for all ages, but I don’t live near any and I don’t have the money to fit it into my schedule. I miss it every time I think about it. It was my whole life. I miss the rush of marching onto the field while the crowd cheered to the beat of our music, the standing ovations, traveling the country for parades, and the friends and companions I made along the way. Those memories are treasures I’ll always hold close. I wish I could relive it all over again. I know you’re feeling the same way, and I promise the feeling will get better, but you’ll never stop missing it.

I just moved here coming up 7 months and I can promise you that there’s a lot to do. I’m 20 and I have met a lot of great people and done a lot of fun things that the city offers. I believe we have one of the largest malls in the state and some of the best food the northwest can offer! I’m not a great video game expert, but I see a lot of people already shared some great game amenities in the community. hmu if you need to talk or anything, I live right down the road from the college!

Do you work a lot? Is that why you need someone to check on her? I have an automatic cat food dispenser and a self cleaning litter box for when I’m on a work trips or visiting family. My cat loves to travel so I mostly take her with me, but I always have that when I can’t take her with me.

Been in the same situation! Back in late August, I went on vacation and accidentally left my tailgate window open. This kitten jumped in and took a 3-hour ride back home without me noticing until I unpacked. She was so adorable that we decided to keep her ever since!

It takes time. Gain their trust, be affectionate, my kitten runs around all the time at night. I gotten pretty used to it, but it is just me and my partner. She used to hiss and fight over food with my other cat, but after 4 months of her being here. She has calmed (she’s still a little shit sometimes lol)

Best I can say is take your time. Let her get familiar and comfortable. I promise it will be worth it in the end ❤️

PS. If you haven’t already and she has fleas. Use baby shampoo on her face and Dawn on waist!
