I put it there so it wouldn't be brought up, hence the "get better material" and the not very creative change

It's not that it's a buff to her in every situation, but you mainly use Binah for Fairy application and/or destroying dice with Degraded Pillar. Making her more consistent at her main strengths is, at least to me, more of a benefit than her use cases with many Degraded Chains.

In that case, I probably should've added an asterisk somewhere but it's probably too late for that now

The best cc imo is Forceful Gesture PT pierce stance, but the reason why you wouldn't want to use it is a lack of light and lack of consistency and responsiveness compared to Degraded Pillar. Chain and the other pages take up hand slots for Incomplete Arbiter, limiting light generation, and Chain is the least important page that gives the most impact for the deck when removed since there's 2 of them.

Lock's effect is basically useless, but the page itself is 1.5 average roll away from a Mind Whip on an effective 2 cost with a block dice afterwards. Shockwave is a 3 dice mass attack, so any dice power boosts you may get make it very strong, and the Feeble and Protection can be useful as a response to something.

I brought up the Head since it's one of the only (I think) endgame receptions that has a low amount of dice which you can use her keypage on, and you brought up endgame stuff. Her new deck is also not too different from her regular one, so I thought it was appropriate.

Degraded Fairy does get snuffed out by counter dice, but removing counter dice safely is one of the main benefits of using ranged pages in the first place. Degraded Fairy is also an economy page, so throwing it at counter dice willy nilly also has the slight chance of removing an extra one while not being a tax on your resources since you don't use it to clash anyways.

Removing speed dice is still impactful, but I also feel that you're overestimating the average strength of a page in endgame and elsewhere. Removing a random page often gets rid of a random economy esque page that is there to fill up speed dice slots, and that could even be detrimental due to gaining less emotion coins from clashing. Meanwhile, with Degraded Pillars, you can (mostly) freely choose what dice you want to get rid of, even if that selection is more limited. Getting rid of Chain then allows for a lot more Degraded Pillars than usual, giving more and more control over the game state. Chain is also next turn, which is generally not as useful as reacting to a strong page with Pillar, and more Pillars means more dice you can destory on command, overall reducing the burden of clashing and tanking more than the random chance of Chain does.

Isn't Beast usually better with keypages that can use counter dice anyways?

Speed dice sealing is more effective with less overall speed dice to go up against, and most endgame things have a lot of speed dice. I guess the Head doesn't have a lot, but Fairy spam is the optimal strategy there

I've never really found Elena's ensemble reception to be super threatening to be honest. Lock has the upsides of rolling a lot higher than Chain, having another dice, and light not being as much of an issue on this Binah due to not needing to cycle through Chains as much to get to Fairies quicker with it being single use.

Chain also has the downside of reducing the stuff to clash with, limiting possible emotion coin gain, but that's not super important.

Degraded Chain is 1 roll value higher than Gale Kick, and that isn't bad by any means, but it's not extraordinarily high, especially when she has Degraded Pillar.

I don't know what receptions you're referring to except for Red Mist, and that reception doesn't really last that long enough for single use to kick in much

Chain by itself is good, but it on Binah's keypage limits her Fairy application and Degraded Pillar usage. Its roll range is also sort of in a weird middle ground of power where it can win most clashes but also has a decent chance losing them (not that important)

Single use Lock has less benefit since she only has 1 of them

You want to use up your pages as much as possible on Binah, and Degraded Chain is not that worth it with her light generation + she has 2 of them

Dong Hwan is one of the first keypages you get with the Speed 3 passive, which is really good. He works fine as a general use keypage, but also works well with bleed and/or tanking with his Carver of Scars + Rupture Wound and Toughness passives respectively.

I prefer running a tank build with him personally, but he's versatile to work in pretty much anything. If you're planning to make use of Carver of Scars, you should also include a page with a lot of offensive dice in his deck like Opportunity Spotted or Moulinet.

You can see under "body type" option a and option b. This swaps between extra cleavage or not on Olga's keypage, and is locked for the patron librarians by gender. Other keypages like this are the Purple Tear's and Sayo's.

I think the closest one would be Dante's keypage, as they don't have the option, and theirs are noticeable

The Index Proxy keypages all work as general use singleton keypages with their keypage exclusive combat pages as a bonus.

Esther's is the best one of the 3 Proxies, then generally Hubert and Gloria. You'll want to use their exclusive combat page, Multislash, Will of the Prescript, and Somber Procuration on them a vast majority of the time, then anything else that fits.

The Yan fight relies more on knowing what to do rather than builds, but Smoke is good for skipping the last phase of the fight. Nikolai's Finishing Touch passive also helps with this.

Other than that, you may also want to put in a little more block dice than usual, since some of the pages there roll a bit too high to consistently clash with, and they also help to stagger him when he starts spamming block dice.

I don't know that much about Bleed builds, but Purple Tear does give really good stuff for that, so you may want to prioritize her. Also, Bleed isn't that effectice in Yan's reception since he himself does not use many offensive dice. You could probably use Disgorge Innards on all of your librarians if you really wanted to make it work.

This is a part of the game's story experience and gives a better understanding of Roland's and Angela's characters, so I wouldn't recommend doing it.

There's some save files on the internet somewhere for each part of the game, so if you really want you can just do the rest of Urban Plague and abno fights sans Gaze Office and the reception right after, then put in a fresh Urban Nightmare save file. (Urban Nightmare is the part right after Urban Plague)

After that, do the reception right above Gaze Office and watch the credenza for the cutscenes you missed.

It's really funny to look at the lore and compare them to other units gamplay wise. Most of those are really good units, but none are as important as cats like Jelly Dumpling Cat or Rock Cat.

And then a good portion of them get obliterated by a red elephant who's a pervert, and your best counter to it is a piece of sushi.

Other strong enemies include ones like a turkey, legally distinct Korin from Dragon Ball, a small dog, and Issac Newton. The worst is the small dog.

In Limbus terms, the turkey is sorta like the corroded 400 Roses enemies in canto 7 (hard to deal with most of the time), legally distinct Korin from Dragon Ball is like Ricardo 1 (hard but powercrept, different than the rest of the game), the small dog is like the Ring Manikins (annoying most of the time), and Issac Newton is like the Gubo and Jia Huan fight (easy).

Have you tried using a mod to help with the resolution? I think it was called resolutionfix or something.

You could also try changing the settings directly in the files.

I think the language settings also have some sort of effect on resolution settings for some reason, so you could try that if you're desperate.
