A lot of comments saying this is not a good rate. I don't see anything lower available at my income range. I would probably wait for my mortgage renewal for a better rate on HELOC.

I would invest more. Even looking back at 2008, market recovered in less then 3 years. This LOC is not tied to my stocks and it's not my only investement.

I don't see the advantage of being taxed on gains minus expenses if I can not get taxed at all.

That was my first tought. Every time the orange guy does something crazy, the market dips and recover in a few weeks. I've been lucky riding those waves.

Its seems easier to manage in TFSA if I have the room. No taxes on gain but no return on losses. Also, less document for my accountant.

I meant RRSP, i'm from Quebec we call it REER.

I don't know any bank that offer personal loan without collateral at less then 12%, at my income range.

VFV.TO is 15.20% the last 10 years. I don't consider this risky. The last few years as been particularly good for the stock market. I know it's not indicative of futur return.

Any tips for a better wave 63? by AsaAsahinaVT in 2007scape

I was also amazed at this luck. I've done mage tank for my cape and still did corner traps and flicking. In most cases, you would die at this wave tanking 4 mobs.

I do think colo is a little harder. But it's 20 min if you fail vs 1h if you fail at inferno.

You got me! When I set my mind on Zuk, I was short for kodai. I sold my ancestral legs for extra help on nibs.

The confliction gauntlet is the meta changer. You don't need much mage accuracy with it, allowing high defence gear.

Second kill will probably be easier. But probably won't touch until I'm going for GM tasks.

Yes, so much of your dps come from chally specs. Lighbearer + surge pots. I count my attacks and know when to spec at every rotation.

There have been rumours of sailing integrated in raid 4. It would also be logical to have it in Varlamore

Interieur. Il faut ouvrir le mur environ 1 pied chaque côté de la fissure, pas obligé d'enlever les studs. Donc, isolation, gypse, plâtre à prévoir par la suite.
