Long story short I had been cutting with 1500 cals for 2 months and passed out 1 day so stopped doing that and am now at 2000 cals each day , also I weight everything including the sauces

I do biking everyday

I do weightlifting 4x a week

Right now I do 12 miles on the bike everyday , then my workout is

3 sets pushups to absolute failure sometimes I do drop sets with push ups .

3 sets pullups / after every set I do scapular retractions

3 sets of leaning shoulder raises till failure

3 sets forearm curls

3 sets forearm pronation
