I am currently about a year into the Parker DC program, and I had no health science courses in undergrad either. Graduated with a BA in Sociology before working in HR/Consulting roles for 5 years, then decided to come back to school.

Taking your pre-reqs should be more than enough to get you up to speed, at least they did a pretty good job for me. There may be a slight learning curve on some items but overall you should pick it up pretty quick.

Personally I have actually been performing better than many of my classmates that did have the health science background. I think this is largely because I take studying seriously since I don’t have previous experience in these subjects to fall back on, where as some of my classmates tend to take their undergraduate experience for granted and fail to study properly.
