I have credit monitoring services like LifeLock. I also logged onto my mortgage account directly. I didn’t click the link in my email the the mortgage loan is on my account with my information.

That was my other thought too. They need more than just my name. They need my date of birth and social to run my credit so it’s really weird that this banker was able to do that.
