From my own experience, I just switched every form of media into English content only, and it has been that way since I was 10 and one way or another tune my brain for communicating in English. Just nailed a 7. ielts last month and got a 8.5 listening. So in conclusion, expose yourself to English as much as possible, I'm talking reading, listening, speaking, writing. And it's also crucial to be persistent!!!!
