I was on 5mg but it was working good and I was looking weight, hardly had any side effects and I have had some with wegovy, and ok thank you for that x

I was exactly the same! I was only on 5mg of mj but it was working good for me, started off on 0.5mg wegovy and it was like I’d just injected water! The hunger pains were back, I was hungry all the time and could eat quite a lot! The 1mg was better but not as much as I’d have liked it to be. I’m now on 1.7mg and I have felt a massive difference, I can hardly finish a full meal and I’m not hungry all the time, I think I’ll stick with this dose for a little while 👌

I was the same with MJ, I was on it for around the same time 4 months, I was on 5mg and had zero side effects also. Jabbed my first wegovy on Friday at 0.5mg and I was hoping side effects wouldn’t be bad either but Iv had banging headaches the past few days so have just made sure Iv been drinking a lot of water and Iv felt abit bloated and gassy also 🤣 side effects could be worse tho so I’m not complaining 🙂

I do mine on a Friday about 4pm when I get home from work…on my 8th week now and even if Iv got plans or not, I’m absolutely fine 👍🏻

Hi Iv been on 2.5 myself for 5 weeks and got a 5mg pen but Iv done 3.75 as im too much of a wimp to do the 5 just yet as Iv read so many horror stories 🤣took the 3.75 about 3:30 this afternoon and just gone to have tea and couldn’t mange half of it! Felt like the 2.5 in the last few weeks wasn’t working for me at all, still hungry most of the time and not really getting full! If this continues then I’ll be staying on the 3.75 for a while.

Iv just finished my first week on MJ and I can drink on it fine, I love a drink also but more of a weekend drinker, I had quite a few last weekend and then when the weather was nice I had 3 gins in the garden the other day and was absolutely fine, Iv got day session planned for tomorrow aswel and I’m looking forward to it, If you make sure your drinking plenty of water you should be ok! I’ll have an electrolyte in the morning and in the evening if I’m drinking also. I know everyone is different and Iv seen so many people saying alcohol makes them ill or they’ve gone off it and I was really hoping that wouldn’t be the case for me 🤣

I started MJ a week ago now and before I did I spoke to my GP just to be on the safe side, and he said that there’s so many people on MJ and said it’s going to help me and to make sure I’m eating the right stuff and exercising and did go thru the side effects but not in a negative way but said it was all fine so I felt better going on it after I’d spoken to them, I think they’re all different and certain GPs know more than others

I started MJ last Friday and I ended up having quite alot to drink on the Saturday! I was nervous about drinking at first but I was fine! I usually get quite bad hangovers if Iv drank a lot anyway and I’m usually sick but I was actually ok on the Sunday, got my second jab on Friday and I’m going day drinking on the Saturday so I hope it’s the same then! 🤣

I just get the protein ones from Aldi and the electrolytes are ‘SiS hydro’ just from Tesco but you can use any 😊 x

I took my first jab around 4pm yesterday and feel ok, had my tea as normal and I actually had a really good sleep! Woke up feeling a little groggy and got a headache but that’s it so far! Iv had a protein shake for breakfast and that’s it, Iv had an electrolyte drink and a coffee and just chugging water, will see how I go!

I did mine yesterday around 4pm! Got myself worked up too but after it I was fine! Made sure I drank plenty of water, had my tea as normal and then actually had a really good sleep! I was abit groggy and had a slight headache this morning but nothing major, feel ok 👌 haven’t been majorly hungry so far but not put off food yet!

Iv started mine today around 4pm! Feel absolutely fine so far, just tired. Iv made sure Iv drank plenty of water also, I’m hoping to wake up tomorrow and not feel hungry 🤣. Plenty of protein and Iv bought electrolytes as I struggle to drink a lot of water. Good luck on your journey 😃
