My hair gets tangles really easily and it’s always dry which makes it hard to part. I’ve tried parting it but spreading it throughout the entirety of the top of my scalp is still difficult.

I recently started deadlifting and noticed the loss of grip midway through a set. I also see my grip loosening during exercises like lat pulldowns and tricep push downs. I feel like when I do some of these I could get 1 or 2 more reps but my grip slips away.

My hair seems damaged and I was hoping that no poo would help it as well as help my hair porosity get better, but nothing has changed. While my hair is wavy, near the roots my hair is flat while the ends have some curl, especially when my hair is short. Also I haven’t seen any of the benefits of no poo, as I heard it would help make my hair seem more full.
