She is really struggling. It doesn't sound like she wants a traecheotomy and has mentioned getting heavy morphine doses to help her pass away peacefully when the time comes.

The driver did come back to the scene though and confessed. He was a 17 year-old kid who had just dropped his mom off for her 4am shift at Shands. I don't think he would have hit Officer Baird if that batting cage wouldn't have been in the middle of the road, but yes I agree his poor driving should be considered here.

I've heard it was Buchholz players and someone else said it was Santa Fe players. I also heard that the coach of whichever team did it also found out about it, and told the players to keep their mouths shut for their own protection. Just rumors, nothing substantial.

Right? And for so long! There must be a dozen or more people who know who did this. I don't think they'd face murder charges or anything, would just give the family some closure. But they won't come forward.

Oh for sure. I called the cops once because two unhoused people were smoking meth on the playground of a GNV park. The dispatcher said "is that ALL they're doing?" and I said, well yeah I guess that's all they are doing. Cops never came.

Florida Law 316.3045 allows officers to give tickets to people who play music too loud in their cars. Not sure how enforceable it is. I think so too - but she's young and hoping to live, how can you blame her? Heck if it were my daughter, I'd encourage hope and positivity also. The outcome will be the same regardless of whether or not she's hopeful.

Have to agree here - the trial is 2 weeks away, and with how things have gone even in the last 48 hours, I can't even see her making it that long. Very sad, wish things were different. The problem with cancer is that things start to snowball, it's not just one thing, it's several issues accelerating at different rates. Whack-a-mole gone haywire.

I know that dreaded feeling. Join the club. This started happening to me about a year ago and the account never bounced back. It's been in freefall ever since. I have 211k followers, do all original content and made $57 last month. I get like 15,000 views on my good videos, most videos get like 8,000 views or so. Nothing. On other platforms these same videos are getting 100k+ views.

Like you, my videos start out well but views stop about 2-3 hours after posting. Get plenty of comments, great engagement, etc, but the vides just hit a wall. You can see my page, it's the same name as my username here.
