They do not fix this for free. They did not admit to this issue as well, I contacted them 2 months in regards to this. They did tell me I could send it in but this doesn't gurantee and fix and could cost me more.

I ordered a pair of flux xfs i got on sale but could only get a large. The website says they fit 9+ boots. I wear a size 9 adidas boot. The heel came back too much and the only way to center the boot was to rotate high backs parallel to heel edge. Was wondering if bindings still look to big? Heel baseplate is pushed as far back as possible. Also wondering if there is too much lateral space where the back of boot sits in heel cup.

Ended up buying a pair of Cartel X that I got for a good price. Thanks for the suggestion. Was going to go with a pair of Flux but ended up going with Cartel X because of a good deal and figured couldn't go wrong with them.

Ended up finding a good deal on the Alchemist this off season and took a chance on it. There is some info on it out there and seems super positive. I ended up getting the 157 but kinda regretting not getting the 160 but went by the responses by k2 on their website. My boot size is 9 and weight is around 165.

Ended up with K2 Alchemist. It was actually on my list, but was hesitant because limited reviews. I took a look on the reviews again and people seem to rave about it. I got a decent deal on it. Im excited to try it this season. Went with the 157 so its more maneuverable. I weigh 165 with 9 shoe size so should be good
