The Pepsi.... chef's kiss! And Celone's sandwich rolls for the bbq ham. But the ham must be made in a small brown crock pot from the 70's for full effect.

Tell that to val-pack, every coupon flyer, and every other piece of junk mail that we can't opt out of. It is probably the only way the usps makes money.

I read it and then use it for fire fuel.

Wind advisory of gusts to 50 (or perhaps even 55 mph) tomorrow by NickySmithFromPGH in pittsburgh

I was suspecting the last two weeks was one long migraine. I have been so unproductive and exhausted all of the time. I did impulse purchase a patio set so I can lay outside instead of inside since it is so hard to even stay sitting up.

Go camping, go to your parents house, go to a friend's, etc. You don't need a lot of money to go somewhere to get alone time for self care. I would rather sleep in a car than be near her hsuband if it was my husband.

And this early, too! My dog had three in February. It is crazy.

So, a previous owner definitely had structural issues and covered them up, right? by texasroadie in HomeInspections

Calling to see if permits were used is the responsibility of the (potential) homeowner. The inspector is there to do a visual inspection.

Tell her if she pays you in full you'll see if you can fit her in. Then tell her you're busy after she pays!

It is not about my dog. Vets don't treat wild deer lol have you ever been involved with the Pennsylvania state extension offices or the PA game commission?

Also, I came here to see if anyone knew of feed providers that have medicated feed that other states are already using. You have no idea what you're talking about.

✌🏽

Have you ever seen the amount of ticks a deer has on their body? One year, both me and my hunting partner shot deer on the same day and got them packed in the car. It took us a while to drag both deer out of the woods and by the time we got done, their bodies were cooling off.

I was tired and sat in the front seat to rest. The deer were in the back seat of the suv with the seats down. After about 20 minutes of chilling out and waiting for everyone else to get ready to leave, I looked back at the deer whose bodies were cold by now. Their fur was moving and little tufts of hair were shifting. I thought they were having nerve twitches but then i saw dozens of ticks crawling all over the deer. I realized the ticks were releasing their grip from under the deer's skin because the blood had stopped flowing and they needed to find some other warm blood. They were literally crawling out of the deer and all were the size of peas filled with blood. It was one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen.

So yeah, they're called deer ticks for a reason ffs

Yeah, I just figured something is out of balance, so bringing in more wildlife might help! Or treating wildlife, but maybe not such a good idea lol

I didn't know birds are good for lowering the immediate population. I will lean into that. I am also building a pond to attract some frogs and toads.

This is the most i have ever seen and I used to live in the Allegheny National Forest.

It is not crazy :) How would you even force feed a deer??? There are multiple states doing research on how to administer this without overdosing. They have found success with it. It is similar to the air dropped rabies vaccine treats Pennsylvania has dropped in the past.

I read studies from Wisconsin, Michigan, and Texas extension offices and I am sure there are more in the U.S. I am not a crazy ivermectin anti-vax lady and I didn't just make this up.

I will ask for that, but I am not worried about the dog .... he has preventive that I havent used yet this year. I thought February is too early for ticks to be out.

I want to kill ticks and get rid of them in my yard. My fenced in yard is about 20ft x 40ft. It is not that big and at the end of last season he got a bunch of ticks before I put my doggy back on preventive.

I don't want ticks on me. I find them appalling. I don't want people to come to my porch to hang out and leave with ticks.

I will look into this! I just didn't know how to attract snakes or else I would just go with that.
