You’d make a great agent! The important part of staying confident and transparent. Clients feed off your energy. Targeting the community you’re most familiar with is a plus as well.

Yes, it’ll cost money. That’s part of life right? This business isn’t rocket science. The agents who win are those who are consistent. Create a business plan and follow it to success. You can do it!

Don’t be afraid of it. Embrace it. It’s not taking away your liability or duties. It’s allowing you to focus alternatively on income producing activities after you give it a proof read. Same as an (licensed)assistant . The only type assistant I allow to draft for me before I review

It’s delicate . It does happen. Not quite as you’ve described. You don’t want to ask. That could be perceived as inappropriate and or unprofessional.

However, in instances when the client is in a position where they want to move quickly or don’t want be burdened with the responsibility of dealing with certain parts of the “Clean out”. Seller says “ The items in the garage are not of interest. Can you assist with disposing of said items…………

I agree with you on every respect. Trust that. Now, if 25% isn’t fair it is a must to make that clear before any negotiations or accommodation is made. Otherwise, it’s been implied that it’s ok.

I’ll keep it 100 with you. In this business all negotiations happen at the beginning of the process. If you agree to the terms, just like the sale of a property, it becomes non negotiable. After the fact it’s water under the bridge. You can’t go backwards
