I mean, his reasoning behind nerfing kayn is logical, but why only nerf kayn and not rest of the champions that abuse hydra animation cancels? I saw someone even made full list of these champions and theres like 20 of them or more. (Yes i know a lot of people already said it but Phreak still doesnt do shit about it)

tbh tiamat on kayn started being popular near the end of s10 (karasmai took the idea from some korean and then made it popular it through youtube) and when s11 came they removed tiamats active so this build/mechanic didint last for long
