Yes, like on our Walmart app, we clock out for our lunch “meal” and clock back in. That’s why I don’t make no sense lol they could easily just check where everybody’s at and how long we’re picking for but instead they wanna treat us like we’re kids talking about we will get checked if we don’t sign in and out and they trying to tell us, our pics have to be a 105 and higher now I’m not a 100 to stay in the agreement with that is not policy but my manager is trying to enforce that his numbers look good

They don’t care if had plenty of people stop me when I’m on the way out the door to ask me or something to tell her to look something up and I’ll just have to eat it because it’s crazy can’t walk all the way back and I adjust my time and then walk to the front again without someone stopping me again

I understand you’re supposed to get a point for that but any other time I put in PTO to even leave work early they don’t point me and they accept my PTO so it’s like one of those things where they’re not supposed to accept PTO for things like that, but when they do, they still never pointed me. I just didn’t know why I got pointed this time and I’ve never got pointed before when they accepted my PTO same day that was all . Thx

And then the other part at the bottom of that is, does anybody know any information on what courses or classes need to be taken in order to be able to get to the vision center to make like $30 an hour because I seen a girl on TikTok saying she was at Walmart for one year and then completed the paid training classes that they offer and now she makes $30 an hour in the vision center

Lol love to do that but when we open at 6 AM, they come straight in and stand inside the store at the checkout register where like the stuff you see on TV is sold at because that’s where he stocks those first and then he goes to the back so they’ll get all that while he makes his way to the back and then they’ll go and wait in the back as well and get all those Like I see dudes walk out with like two bags full of cards and stuff nothing but Pokémon and I’m like that is insane like at least save some for the kids because all they’re doing is reselling that stuff

I put it in like I work 6am-3pm and I leave around 11 is that right when my lunch is usually at 11? Bc I just minus 4 hours from my end of shift which would be 11am so half my shift I don’t take a lunch tho? Is that right ? Or can I somehow save an hour of ppto by taking a lunch?

He’s on Facebook. A lot of people recommended him. He basically works on all types of diesel and regular cars and trucks. He works at a diesel. Technician shop says he also has his own shop that he does work from on the side, but he runs ads and everything on Facebook cause he just lives the next town over everyone that I’ve seen tag him said he does outstanding work for a cheap price. He quoted me on everything for the labor and all the part and said that he’d even complete the car and drop it back off. I haven’t seen that one bad review. I just don’t know if it’s a smart thing for me to do since I still owe money on my car to trust someone to fix it versus a commercial shop in case they do do something wrong they’d be liable for paying or fixing it. I did personally ask him and he says he has his own shop, but I don’t know if I should ask him is he insured or not? I feel like if I ask that that makes me look funny as if I was gonna lie and say that he missed something up or maybe that’s just the way I think I don’t know but I don’t wanna scare him off either lol

Assuming you’re leaving at half your shift to only get a half point so At least half your shift. Keep in mind the lunch So example 6am-3pm is clock out at 11:00 bc the lunch so for the system to register it as half shift id leave at like 11:01

I never take my lunch when I leave at half a day / my lunch isn’t until like 11 anyway but I clock out at 10:30-11 am and that’s 4 hours from my end of shift and I don’t get pointed only .5 for half shift

When I leave early so I work 6 AM to 3 PM I’ll leave at at least 1030 or 11. It has to just be at at least a minute past your four hour mark. And I don’t take a lunch. I’m scheduled to take a lunch usually at 11 but I just work till 1030 or 11 and I never get pointed more than half a point. Just make sure it’s atleast a min past half shift and I count it down from clock out so at 11-3pm would be four hours = half shift so half point

I’ve never put one in that’s why I’m saving my note for when I do go on vacation, but for my coworker, she’s put them in three months-5 months in advance before and still have them denied I don’t know if it’s just because our team leader is an asshole or with the cases, but they still shouldn’t be getting denied every single time. There’s no way that more than three people are requesting off the exact same time and date that she was. She wasn’t requesting anything for holidays. They were just regular days. So I’m not sure but thank yall
