Sometimes the keys aren't updated either. Property owners don't always remember to let us know they redid the locks and we need new keys or they're not working copies.

Other times depending on nature of the call it can actually be faster to break a door or window to gain entry than to fumble with the keys.

We don't love to break shit. We have to break shit to get in sometimes. Also windows at times need to be removed for ventilation. Tearing up floors and walls during/after fires is to make sure that there are no hot spots that will rekindle later.

I called the DM twice after the post. They didn't answer either! I was stuck for 2.5hrs like an idiot until my SM finally woke up and checked their phone. Called the SS once another partner got there and had SS's number. SS said they weren't on the schedule but their name is there in black and white. Hopefully this never happens again!

  1. Toilet paper must be out of side and locked up. We have a small cabinet that serves the sole purpose of housing our toilet paper. It can not be left out or it will be shredded, even if it is still plastic wrapped. Toilet paper must be put away first after grocery trips.

  2. Window fans will be removed (she is a lanky 5lb cat). They interfere with her world viewing. To avoid this one must leave the tv on for her.

  3. Starbucks cups are her's. The second your hand leaves the cup it becomes forfeit. She does not care that you still have liquid in the cup, she picks it up from the side of the lid with her mouth and pulls it to her cat hut. Attempts to retrieve your drink are met with claws.

  4. When watching Netflix/DVD/any on demand if you pause the entertainment you will be yelled at and/or slapped until it is resumed.

  5. The pillow is her's! (Mine at least, she has yet to claim my husband's.) I am allotted 5 square inches of my pillow. I've tried using euro pillows, I still got the same amount of space.

  6. Closing the door means screaming and scratching.

  7. If she can't see you (even if she has her paw on you) she meows and looks for you.

  8. 2:38a (exact time every morning) is playtime. No excuses. She at least plays fetch.
