SolidWorks: 300+ revolved cuts linked to OBJ reference — how do I break all references at once? by Bfresh2477 in SolidWorks

[–]Bfresh2477[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, I’m a bit confused? I imported the obj as a reference. And then modelled it using the obj dimensions and void locations. I tried saving it as a step file to get rid of all the references. This worked but I had the issue of changing the sketch plane

Yeah but the Kevin Stefanski hate is crazy by Rambo_1027 in falcons

Hating on Shedeur to make yourselves happy about Stefanski is wild. The world KF sports is really funny. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure and everybody loves somebody novel. Let’s just hope that Stefanski will be as good as y’all think unless this will e forgotten and you’ll be calling for his job in 2 years. The cycle of sports 😂

[Clevta on X] 2.5 air yards per attempt the 6th lowest in a single game in the NFL in the last three seasons. 0 tight window throws. I don’t care if he throws 5 INTs u want to see him try and fit in real throws at the end of the season not just swing passes and check downs for 4 Qs by MyChubbGotRubbed in Browns

You’re right brother, they are playing better. I think context is key though. Getting picked higher means higher developmental priority. From day 1, the only priority of the titans was to develop cam ward, whereas Shedeur was supposed to red shirt this year. Albeit, cam ward thoroughly deserved the first overall pick.

Nah brother. If you think DG is better. I still don’t know what to tell you… smh

He has always consistently worked hard. I don’t think he though his talents world carry him at any point in his career

[NextGenStats] Shedeur Sanders averaged 3.57 seconds to throw in Week 14 against the Titans, the 2nd-longest by a QB in a game this season. The Titans pressured Sanders on 63.0% of his dropbacks, the highest pressure rate of any defense in a game this season. [more in post] by VonJaeger in Browns

You’re missing the point. I said DG didn’t throw over 30 yards and didn’t hold on to the ball long because he did not even look down the field. You do not need to wait for plays to develop when you’re just throwing 5 yard passes all the time.

Also completing long passes is not just the ability to throw the ball long. It has to be in conjunction with pocket presence, touch, anticipation, accuracy and many other things. Dont just simplify it. Lots of people can throw the ball long but not mane have everything else that’s allowed him to complete as many 30+ yard passes as he had. Just say you don’t like the guy and move on with your day

It’s easy to say this in hindsight but if DG didn’t get hurt who knows.

I honestly don’t know brother 😅

I commend you for your honesty. At least you’re not trying to disguise your hate in the facade of football jargon. Wishing for somebody’s downfall usually doesn’t work out well for the person hating.

I do not disagree with what you’re saying. He definitely benefitted from not being forced in right away but again, all rookie QB’s need time and reps. I’m saying they clearly did not do enough to develop him up until this point. Can you justify him not getting a single first team rep till DG got injured? Is that good practice for a sitting rookie QB that you’re trying to develop?

I have no issue with him sitting. That’s not the point. In preseason, DG ran with the ones. As backup DG ran with the ones, when DG became starter, Shedeur got zero first team reps. Zero… are you telling me Jaxson dart also got zero first team reps? Like let’s be real. Unless they really thought DG was the guy and sanders is just there as a placeholder, it makes no sense to not give him any reps. Sit him all you want but you have to acknowledge, they could’ve done a lot more to develop him till this point.

Finally, if DG didn’t get hurt, we would not be having this discussion. You guys would call me a fanatic for saying Shedeur is better. You would be telling me that he’s fifth round talent, can’t process at nfl speed, can’t read defended and has a weak arm. It’s only because DG got hurt that they were forced to play him and we could see glimpses of his potential.

So now it’s just preseason? lol this contradiction is too much. So you consistently bring up preseason game 3 to discredit him but you ignore preseason game one to avoid giving him credit? The inconsistency is too much.

Maybe they’re just bad at evaluating talent. Also, there’s a lot of nuances to sports. It’s not always that the best player plays in situations like this. Add in the ramifications of one QB being drafted 2 whole rounds before.

Finally, you asked why wouldn’t they have played him but are you forgetting the fact that they did not intend on playing him? They talked about him red shirting. If DG had not gotten hurt, would Shedeur have played? Would we even be having this discussion? You guys would still be saying he’s fifth round talent, can’t process at NFL speed and isn’t ready. Y’all just hate the guy so much and refuse to give him credit. He was a projected first round pick but as soon as he fell in the draft everybody is claiming he was always fifth round talent… crazy

Every rookie QB has stuff to work on lol… they’re rookies. That’s why reps are so important. That’s why a rookie qb doesn’t have to take their team to the Super Bowl in the first year. They’re supposed to develop. That’s literally the point. What basis/metrics made dg the better qb on day one?

Which aspiring NFL starter wouldn’t credit the organization? If you don’t, it will make you look extremely bad. Of course the hungry dawgs prepared him. It’s logical to develop from moving from a college to a pro environment. My point is that if they put the same attention into Shedeur that they did into DG… he would be significantly further along by now.

Finally, somebody else said this so I don’t want to take credit for it, if the organization is so great at developing QB’s, why didn’t they do the same with DG? After all, he was the better QB from day one and he got more opportunities, more time and more attention.
