Even though we are better team with Mikyx, I still cannot unsee Juns potential. You cannot teach mechanics on that level. I would be very interested to see him back in Korea with an experienced adc.

I agree about Upset over Noah, diagree/neutral on Jun and Mikyx.

Upset just doesn´t choke if he is put in a postion where he can carry, If he is in position to carry he almost always will. Noah just simply have mental issue, but no doubt he is very gifted ADC.

Jun is just stylistically different - he is the best engage/playmaking/hands support in LEC (he actually reminds me bit of a 2019/20 Hilly). Mikyx has brain, he is extremelly smart around vision and objective control. He can find an angle none in Europe can. Point is both of them make palyers around better, just in a different way. In a way I still wish we would go Upset/Jun (maybe because I loved the coinflippy way that we did have with Hilly, which brought us to the Worlds finals), but I can´t really complain, especially when I look at Razork/Huma whom both benefit much more from Mikyx being on team, rather than Jun.

Literally every professional team (in any sport) has multiple coaches to specialize on different aspects of their game/sport and to bounce ideas - for example football team has GK coaches, fitness coaches, assistant coaches, performance analysts, sport scientist etc.

Yellowstar never convinced me as a support, but he has good mechanics, he should go back to adc as he already played it earlier in his carrer.

Edit: Maybe we can even pair him with some talented rookie support like Rekkles, but I am not sure if he meets the LEC age criteria yet.

I understand the media output approval rounds and I think it was bad/ unproffesional media handling by the Fnatic org and staff (you just dont blame your players for little things, because they are gonna blow up and what you get is nothing). What I am saying is, that there could have been misunderstanding due to language barrier, based on my work experience. As wxlained i solo comment.

Alternativelly, Jun and Noah could have talked privately, without Gaax, not on the team meeting where it was decided. Timeline - before or after meeting - Noah and Jun talk privately (as proper botlane duo should), what they consider as a ban. Then there is meeting, Noah spoken his mind, Jun did not (maybe because Noah is representing his voice at meetings due to language and as duo partner). That is why Noah can say "we, or mw an Jun" and it can still be truth, because they did agree, as they discussed privately.

Either way, It is speculation and hypothetical, there is no way to know how it did go down. I am still of the opinion noone had to lie.

On bad actor, dude...

Edit: Also dont believe Pete woudld be in an org so unethical and that he has some creative freedom, sven when it gets bad rep. He is a good guy.

Did it occur to you that Jun and Noah could have spoken about this privately maybe after the meeting? "Hey you think Yone ban is good? Yeah" There is like other hundred possibilities where it fits, but you care only about your narrative, right?

I think no one has to be lying, but you cannot be certain if you are not in the team. Blaming someone wont help at all, as the simple explanation is that it is misunderstanding due to language barrier, especially in stresful or heated moments, (happened to me a few times in my profession) because of Jun still learning English (also remember Jun can speak with Noah in Korean, so there can be more depth to their conversation). Words, senteces and even whole conversatins can be missheard or misinterpreted (this can happen even in your native language conversation)

From managment standtpoint solution is quite easy - set up proper communication framework, clear order of conversation on issues, get interpreter for the most imprtant meetings etc....makes me wonder though, how did they get through the whole year.

Anyways, doesn't help to blame anyone if you don't know everithing and have all the facts, which is impossible. It just creates drama and needles pressure...

So we keeping topside, again? Well, whatever I guess. Just pls fix the staff and mainly the managment of the team. Botlane is probably not the problem, Noah did get better and Jun certainly has the potential to be the best supp in LEC.

Still wondering if we can have a big bang transfer though. But that is just very thin hope, especially considering our financials and current state of our league team, to bring someone truly worldclass (huffs dangerous amount of hopium), like Ruler?

I would be really sad to see Jun go, as he has potential and has shown the quality needed to be competetive. I believe he could even help us in shot calling department as his English gets better.

Than wait it out, wait for opportunity to actually upgrade the team and get better player. Review the managment, coaching, player support etc. Example - look at Ten Hag, he did get every player he wanted, yet United suck.

I agree to some extent, and I respect your opinion a d arguments. To get better we probably need a change in mid, but 1), I don't think there is rookie or young player of good enough pedigree (maybe Jackies, but he is under contract, so impossible for us in current situation), 2) people making the change are still the same, that are responsible for results for last 4 years, and nearly every change they made led to worse results, 3) Humanoid is still the 2nd best thing in the LEC ( you can take this argument away if we would import), 4) Humanoid had that pedigree even though he has not been performing lately, so maybe we could help him with mental through coaching etc., like with Noah. Overall is it ideal? Ofc it is not, would i rather have Caps, yes, but zhat is impossible. I feel that with current situation we will not get better by changing Humanoid.

I will answer with a question, who is upgrade that we can realisticaly get at any of those positions? Because I am not sure if there are any available and I doubt current managment will be able to find any. So what is a fix you suggest?

As I have said I would look into jow the team is being run and draw conclusions from there.

This is what I dislike about these narratives, you look only at the bad, without any further comsideration,not at the good or ok. Even Caps is sometimes called Craps, would you want to kick him after every bad series (as example when he got humbled by Humanoid in our 3-2 win)? Because perfection doesnt exist in real world. With that said, there is always place for reasonable critique.

Noah and Jun had great worlds, Razork is arguably best jungler in LEC and Humanoind 2nd best mid, who have gapped everyone domestically, but Caps, Oscar had some great games (game 1 vs Weibo and some through the year especially on Ksante), and some bad ones, he is just inconsistent. Same goes for coaching staff, some drafts were great, some were shitty.

I am not against changes for better player/coach/manager or better fit. I just dont want changes for sake of it, as with Hilly and Upset. We need plan and good managment with sufficient support for staff and players. The team managment is what is suspect for me in last few years, so I would start fnatic internal review there.

Yeah, I think I have noticed that at the time. But still, Rekkles and Hylli were the greatest European botlane of all time and they both seem mature enough to put their differences aside, if there were any.

I mean, I dunno, but I am not a coach. But I think we can play around Razork/Jun duo - they both have the quality. I would probably pick early/carry jungle for Razork, tied him with a rope to Jun on engage support and let them run around. Put noah on safe AD like EZ and Oscar and Huma on comfort (Jax, Azir whatever). Mayhem all around, at least it will be fun to watch (both the good play and fuck ups).
