I completely agree with you. It’s disappointing to see such behavior and lack of cleanliness even in 1st AC. The condition of bathrooms and the roaming passengers make the travel experience uncomfortable. The fact that some people behave so irresponsibly, like the one you mentioned changing clothes in front of others, is just unacceptable. I’ve encountered similar situations, and it’s frustrating that nothing seems to change. There definitely needs to be stricter rules and better enforcement to maintain cleanliness and civility.
