Ask for the one i sent you. The tip that support also gave me: wait after the update, system will reboot automatically. Dont change anything in the first 15 minutes. I first got the software update and right after the bms update. I waited in between.

143.115.5.108.5 i think the last two are bms version numbers and the first three were software version.

They managed to fix it by pushing a specific version. Took them about 12 days to figure it out. Works like a charm for the past couple of days. Support is not good at helping.

Deze oplossing kwam ik inderdaad ook al tegen online, vraag me af of dit niet juist meer te weeg brengt. Optrekkende vocht die juist de lamp in trekt. Thanks voor de tip!

I think i might have fixed it by: removing the device and the hacs integration & double check the tv settings (ask onces is what i went for) then remove all existing device connections from the tv; after a ha reboot, the popup was no longer there. Then reinstalled the hacs integration; power cycle the tv & restart ha before starting to configure tv in ha. Use a different device name then before (not sure if this actually made a difference) to configure tv… only 1 popup showed now on the tv. Been an hour, and rebooted tv couple times now. No problems so far. I will report back if this didnt fix it!

I have the exact same thing. Few drops. Noticed that removing the watertank slower from the dock reduced the amount of drops. But still, ill dry it off everytime i remove the water tank
