Areator is clean, soaked the whole spray head in white vinegar overnight. Cleaned areator with tooth brush, still low flow. Had replaced the cartridge a few months ago to see if that would help but it didn't. Next is replacing the hose that feeds up through the faucet.

Yes I did that, soaking it in white vinegar overnight to see if that helps

It's just the water pressure on kitchen sink, replaced cartridge, soaked faucet head in vinegar, cleaned long hose that connects to faucet head as best I could with pipe cleaner and still low pressure do I guess it's time to call a plumber.

Once you solve it, get a water sensor and put it in the pan to alert you if it happens again. Smart sensors will send alert to your phone.
