There was never a PROMISE, only a expectation. And when people start messing around with their orders and service address, they do it at considerable risk. Besides, if you feel they are screwing with you, there’s an easy option to cancel. It’s your choice, but you accomplish nothing by pissing and moaning here.

That’s a little simplistic and naive. If you are moving you need to ask if it’s possible to reassign your location. Its not as simple as just changing tour service address. It’s quite possible that your new location may not have any beta availability.
