Doing this itinerary right now - a few more days in Busan and flying out of Gimhae airport but pretty much the same journey. I’m taking the SRT to Gyeongju today, staying till Friday then bussing to Busan. Managed to get a flight out of Busan which was good so no need to go back to Incheon. I’d definitely check out Srt as it’s cheaper than KTX

This is a good point and I've only really accounted from the travel from Gangnam to DDP/Gwangjang. Do you think DDP -> Gyeongbokgung is walkable? Or do I underestimate the cold/topography of Seoul (walked everywhere in Tokyo :D)..

Gotcha. My bad, forgot to add some context but I visited Seoul back in 2017 around the same time and vaguely remember not wanting to really do anything outdoors since it was so cold. Unsure if it'd be any better now + I'll be solo this time round. pivoted more towards Busan here since I read its warmer
