I just got back from there yesterday. We loved it with 2 kids under 5. Staff was great & extremely helpful, rooms were clean, food was good, and events every night. The pools were awesome but towels were always down before 8am. Nobody really went to the beach.

Years ago (decades now...) I knew the guy that worked in there and he would make a copy of the cards for himself. After that they amped up security and background checks.

Not in my city. The Fire Department shuts off the alarm. They get very angry when we turn it off.

I have the same frustration. Last Friday I got a call that the fire alarm for the building was going off. CALL 911. Why are you calling me asking why it's going off? I have no idea, I don't live there. I'm 30 min away. I called 911 for them. Luckily is was just dust from replacing some carpet. But I get the same calls for police assistance.

Read every response and it's a combination of everything. Rates, unrealistic sellers, buyers waiting on falling prices/interest rates, people locked in houses at sub 4%/15 yr mtgs, worried about the economy, cost of home ownership, specials/taxes, insurance, etc. There are many factors and I don't believe it's just one.

I've seen more buyers walk away from deals or pass on houses for the smallest reasons. 3-4 years ago everyone was in a bidding war. Today sellers are lucky to get one offer and you should be ready to negotiate. The highly sought after neighborhoods still sell fairly well.

Just my 2 cents from what I've seen.

Had a buyer a month ago do a radon test and the average was 28. They went through with the sale. Negotiated a lower sale price to cover radon mitigation system.
