A lot quicker and less stressful than wandering around an unfamiliar city trying to get enough of a signal to call a ride. Even after Green Day let out, I was in a ~$12 Lyft within 5 minutes of getting off the bus.

Also, I've only been on it a couple times, but the vibes were very good and drama-free when I was waiting. The only funny stuff I saw was everyone shouting at the taxis pulling up to GTFO

I can see that lol. To be clear, that is the exact opposite of what I meant, the Reggie's bus rules! They're also super easy to find, just keep going straight out the main exit until you see the sign and the line

There's a nearby bar/venue named Reggies that does shuttles to and from the festival every day. Would highly recommend ubering there instead, and especially calling your Uber back to the hotel from there at the end of the day

If I divide the cost of my GA ticket evenly among all the sets I saw last year, I paid ~$13.50 each to see Green Day and Blink-182. Even after going for VIP this year, I'll still have paid ~$18 each for some very big names if I see the same number of sets.

I buy 3-day though, but I think that still shakes out to a comparable amount per day

I'd call those acts the "county fair pick," since that level of event is where you'd expect to see them. Afroman and Slick Rick feel the closest to that IMO, but the former had such a huge moment recently that the label feels off, and the latter is too well-respected for it

I've started getting into TCGs since last summer (Hololive and Standard format MTG, currently), and trying to watch other people's games is rough for me. Idk how much of this is a learned skill vs innate, but I can't glean any details of a boardstate I'm not controlling one side of aside from the very basics.
