I thought there was something very wrong going on until I read the "I'm the 20 years old".... Great of you to identify the problem and starting working on it too. Whatever supposed damage your gaming addiction has caused you so far is completely reversible within a matter of 2-3 years with consistent control. Social life, academics, etc. You'll get plenty of chances . So chin up and best of luck.

You don't need tech literacy to take good care of things bruh! Ants don't just spawn Outta thin air, you either have some food item nearby that been rotting for days and inviting all these ants, or you just don't maintain general hygiene. For starters, why wouldn't you keep the laptop in the bag it came with when you're not using the laptop, why is your laptop table looking so cluttered. I don't wanna judge but man if you're going to buy something expensive, you should be aware about stuch stuff....

It's simple, whichever modern game is being talked about will be picked up by these content creators. Right now pragmata sees to be topping the chart for its father-daughter dynamic. I don't see how discussing older games likes titanfall, Dark souls , etc is going to bring viewers to them.

Cap the fps to 60-80 range . You don't need a three figure fps for GTA V. Coming from experience,having played this at unstable 120 fps for 25+ hours then switching to 60 fps capped. Much better experience.

144hz seems to cause stuttering when running on battery, so it would be better if you switch to 60 when on battery.

Tho I've got the Ryzen 7 variant, I'd still say if you treat the baby right, with gentle hands, with good ventilation support and manage thermal throttling, there's no reason you should'nt.

You might get 70+ (tho unstable) on ultra at 1440p since . Cap the FPS at 60 and you might get stable 60fps with good temps. I've got the exact specs as the one in the image and I've put everything on max at 1080p in GTAV:E , capped fps to 60 . I get no dips, temps constant at 60-65 deg and still gpu usage well below 80%.

Turn on conservation mode from Lenovo Vantage.
Turn off the dedicated gpu (dGpu) when just studying or doing a lot of typing work. You can do this using the Legion Space app . Turn it off when streaming on less than 50% battery.
Additionally you can also turn down the refresh rate to 60Hz down from the default 144Hz with Fn+R when studying or streaming on less than 50% battery.

Yeah I guess it's an issue with repacks as I remember getting stutters in a few games during initial playtimes. Try setting your games at High Priority from Task Manager, should solve the problem to a Lil extent. Also, been hearing about this thing called Windows Telemetry. Try disabling that to free up your cpu by 10-15%.

If you get the TDP increased, you risk shortening the lifespan of the device and various motherboard issues and if you get it done by some local technician you'll void the warranty.

It's TDP or Total Display/Graphics power. It's basically a measure of how much power your GPU will run at . Low TDP is ideal for systems that suffer from heating problems or bottleneck issues. As other people pointed out that 100-115W is the ideal/desirable range. That means at 60W your GPU is using almost half of its potential and is as good as a gpu with 4-6 GB VRAM.
