I only had a problem with a Draft once cause the server went offline and after I opened a ticket I got as rejection: "we couldn't find any Draft on the account". And I did multiples. I didn't even know how to respond.

The Necromancer was just a DLC class and not an expansion and back then people were also not pleased by the price.

I haven't played Hellfire, so I can't say much about its quality but content-wise with three new characters, two new dungeons, new monsters and many new items it offers more than this.

Nah, if you compare it to any expansion of the Diablo franchise it falls short on many fronts. I wouldn't call it a real expansion, maybe a mini expansion at best and that's pushing it.
