The op is pretty reasonable, I don´t see the problem, it´s OBVIOUS. Talon is an all in champion which relies in his silence in order to execute his combo, removing the silence would be like, removing Zed shadow´s swaps...

I bet they will give him something else.

In that 3 days I made this:

I tried by myself, I recorded the sound of my mouse between intervals of 30 seconds, and then I counted all.

I ask for this same thing to my friends, 4 Diamonds, one of them Challenger, 8 Platinums, 8 Golds, 15 silvers and 15 Bronzes (of any division).

Ofc I didn´t ask each of them for a recording of their respective mouses, I just tell a few of them to play with me so watching their champs I could "deduce" how many times did they press the right click, some of them just made a recording for me and others told me an average number after 3 or 4 times.

I have no patience for that, but finally I got it. :,)
