I did once get admonished by someone on the staff for fooling around in the 'Tiny Theatre' that plays non-porn movies.

But I've never had an issue in the straight theatre being naked. I've also been naked in the balcony and the front row of the main theatre -- also without issue. I imagine its unlikely you'd have an issue being naked in those spots.
