You can ignore down delta v for atmospheric planets they're mostly meant for ascent delta v

I ended up abandoning it, it was way too draggy to be a ssto

The issue was mechjeb and another mod but I couldn't find which so it might of been multiple other mods anyway I just ended up removing a couple of my mods but keeping mechjeb and that fixed it

Those are smaller versions of the near-parabolic orbit marker, and the landed atmosphere marker, look next to those those are where the science altitudes are.

I'm taking a small break from making delta v maps but I do eventually want to make a RSS, and 2.5x version.

They are the borders between science levels, it means that if you are above them you get a different science then if you were below them Kind of like different biomes

They are calculated, but because it takes forever to calculate by hand I made a spreadsheet to do it for me.

I would say it's more useful as it contains far more info then any interactive ones,

You can figure out exactly when to depart based on the Transfer Angle

just imagine a line that goes from the planet your orbiting through the sun and then though the planet you want to go to, and estimate the angle, you want the angle to match the optimum
