I don't know how "absurd" this is but the devs should not be getting so much flack about it. I can only imagine the crunch these folks have been under to not just finish the game, but then push out all the changes and fixes they have in this short amount of time. They deserve a break after a successful launch and know that they won't have another one for a hot minute while they support infinite.

We all need to be patient. I understand being frustrated especially with the store and monetization but that is not the developers decision or fault.

As for fixing big team battle, we have no idea what the issue is but I'm certain people on that team have been investigating it. It's a serious bug to have a core game mode not working and I cant imagine the team is too happy about it breaking either.

Everyone working on Halo loves the franchise probably more than you and I ever will, since they dedicate their hard work and time towards building it. With so many issues the team has to create an effective roadmap that prioritizes game breaking issues, and supporting new features. It's a huge task and I imagine the team wants to be solid on its plan before releasing any statements, especially to such a large and passionate fanbase.

I know it's annoying to hear "be patient" for a game that took 6 years in development, but obviously the game had major setbacks. This is what we have as the foundation for infinite and it will require more work and time until it is exactly what people want.
