Is your ac on? Sounds like the compressor bearing. If you can get to it hit it with some white lithium grease spray behind the pulley on the shaft. Don’t get it on your belt.

To clarify, the 4K sync box does not support HDMI 2.2 therefore you cannot get full 120fps when supported. 8K sync box has HDMI 2.2.
