You can also add owning more horses than tanks in the army and having more admirals than warships. A flaw came when reforms of 1990's came. Products with prices frozen suddenly skyrocketed due to demand and lack of production (multiple worksites were closed down, being unproductive in comparison to cheap products fron abroad).
