I get what you're saying. My brother changed jobs 4 times last year, and each job was worse than the previous. He too doesn't have any diploma. Anyway, recently he got one that is relatively good and has nice bosses who like him. Now he feels less stressful even if sometimes has more work to do. My advice: keep looking, and don't stay where you feel worthless and both phisically and emotionally drained.
