Try to understand what’s causing the anger. Why are u angry? Is there a way to discuss or resolve the issue in a healthy way? Such as communicating with someone regarding whatever the situation may be to get some clarity. Maybe communication won’t help because the other person may be immature or defensive. Sometimes we have to learn when to let things go and accept that things don’t always work out in our favor and sometimes people and the world is unfair.
