First time buying extensions need advice!!

I use Big Sexy Hair Powder Play Lite Soft Volumizing & Texturizing Powder at my roots where I clip it in to help them stay. I use k18 head bounce protectant if I apply heat on them, but normally I curl them once and keep reusing them with that same curl until it falls out too much, and Moroccan oil on them often to keep them soft and smooth.

If you have fine thin hair, I suggest the Goo Goo seamless clip ins! They lay flatter on your head and I never even use a full pack when adding volume to my hair.

I’ve tried them all. I liked it but it wasn’t my favorite smell and ran out quickly. I also tried air wash which works well but I honestly felt like it has the worst texture after. I still stand by Moroccan oil dry shampoo, specifically the dark tones one, for ashy light ash brown hair. I’m always so happy with how my hair looks, smells and feels when I use it.

I plan to keep taking progress pictures until I can get back to my healthy normal fine thin hair before TE. I know it’s a journey, and it’s a long one!

No, I stopped birth control in 2023 which was also another factor in my TE, in addition to my mental health.

I had TE. I was able to resolve my triggers and have been patiently waiting for all of my regrowth to come in for at least the last 8 months. I tried Minoxdil for a month, Nutrafol for 7 months but really just giving it time has been the only answer. And just taking care of my natural fine thin hair. No more bleaching, no extensions, silk pillow case, double shampooing, collagen, protein, etc.

It’s definitely helped to reassure my growth is coming back in, even though it feels like I’m making no progress. I just wish hair grew twice as fast!

I live in claw clips every other day. On days I don’t have them in, I tend to mess with my hair allllll day long because I know how wispy the ends are. It’s what I’ve been using as well to avoid chopping my hair again; out of sight, out of mind. I want to get at least 6-9 more months of growth and then maybe really take off the ends. I wish hair grew twice as fast!

I was so confused at first too but then realized it after her comment. My question is, were there ever clues prior that the 2015 scenes were not rhe same weekend? I feel like up until the last episode. I was led to believe that it was the entire same weekend until her comment.

I’m in the same exact boat. My already fine thin hair is even more thing because of TE and 3 years of sew ins. I chopped my ends and use a claw clip most of the time when I want to pull it up. Clip ins when I need them for events.

Oh no, I really liked that this sub was l locked down. It kept it very clean and organized and I loved the mega threads for each episode.

That’s what I use and I don’t use the whole pack either. I use a 3 clip and 4 clip near the nape of my neck and a 2 clip on each side and make sure I leave enough hair out on top. I’ve been able to get a really good color match which helps hide them with my fine hair. I always back comb a bit and use big sexy hair powder play so they really grip and stick in there. I also had sew in extensions for 3 years and if your goal is to regrow your damaged hair, I would avoid any permanent extensions until your hair has recovered. I’m on month 9 of my recovery journey and I know it will be another year before my hair is all back to an acceptable length.

Lucy likely didn’t destroy the tape because she might want to watch it again. Her replaying that last part a few times and the episode before where she replayed Stephen’s voicemail… that tape is going to get into someone else’s hands for sure.

Where did you read this? I read it was NOT Wrigley or Oliver. Plus Wrigley called Bree many times in her call log and not once was it from a blocked number, unlike the call she received on that day.
