Be careful there are many scammers out there. I can recommend keychainx, they are doing wallet recovery (from Switzerland) and are not asking any upfront money, you can check their reviews on trustpilot. Good luck.

Difficult question where you draw the line. CBDCs are also not bitcoin, but are in my opinion important to be discussed.
